Mindless


So for day one I avoided all of Brackeys and Blackthornprod videos since I need to diversify my learning, but after spending ages reading unity API I saw that BTP had a video on 100% what I was trying to do. 

So after hitting up this Tut. I grabbed a zombie from open game art, it had a CC0 but I credited anyway.  While I was there I grabbed a bunch of buildings and I got a song of a person I met on discord. 

Once I got the zombies able to picked up and place, they got placed into a trigger stay so the Hp of the building will drop again with time.deltatime for each zom on there. I added a random movement script that reused the spawner script being able to move in 360 randomly.

Strangly when I pick up one zom they all move in new direction, I found a bunch of people asking HOW to do this, but I want the other thing, I want them to stop doing that. I spent a while trying to fix that but I couldnt so I left it for now. It wasnt a massive issue.

Spawning them next, easy enough with the same script from #1. 

Then worked on the animations, so they now walk in the way they need to go. These zombs will never stand still so I didnt need to bother setting up a idle animation or script. 


AND I have already broken my rules. Ran out of time yesterday, so I ended up finishing it today, now its 9pm so im not going to start another. I will have all day on Saturday and Sunday so I might try and do bait then.
